For everyone who loves the mats but can’t live on them
Grappling Booster is inspired by the many practitioners who love grappling but can’t spend enough time training. It’s designed to help you progress consistently, even off the mat, in the midst of a busy schedule.
Grappling-specific, not generic fitness
Most fitness content trains you for the gym. Grappling Booster trains you for the roll. Every exercise in the library is selected and demonstrated by champion coach Angel Karaivanov for what it contributes to grappling:
- Strength that transfers: grips, hips, neck, core and the pulling chains grappling actually uses.
- Conditioning with intervals shaped like a match, so your gas tank grows for hard rolls.
- Movement & flexibility drills that teach the levers behind submissions, escapes and transitions.
- Concepts, short explanations of why each movement matters, mapped to armbar, kimura, americana, guillotine, triangle, RNC, leg locks and takedowns.
Routines adapt to your time, location, equipment, level and goals. Three difficulty levels, sets from about 30 seconds to a few minutes, and material for the mat, home, hotel room, gym, outdoors and the beach.

Angel Karaivanov
NAGA & IBJJF champion, competitor and coach. Angel built the Grappling Booster exercise system around a practical understanding of biomechanics: which structures grappling loads, how to strengthen them, and how to keep improving when your week gives you twenty spare minutes instead of two hours.
He demonstrates every exercise on video with correct form, common mistakes, and the connection to your game, so you always know why you’re doing a movement, not just how.

Georgi Kadrev
Georgi is a BJJ practitioner and technology entrepreneur. Between fatherhood, travel and running companies, mat time kept losing to the calendar, and coming back after breaks hurt.
When he met Angel, he was struck by the depth of his understanding of biomechanics and how it applies to grappling. Together they decided to build Grappling Booster and make that knowledge accessible to anyone who loves the sport, whatever their level or life situation.
